Scottish-born musician KT Tunstall is letting go of her Topanga, CA, abode, which is listed for $3 million.

The singer-songwriter, who’s best known for her hit “Suddenly I See,” purchased the property just northeast of Los Angeles in 2018 for $1,587,500.

Since then, the 2003 home’s midcentury look has received some chic upgrades that elevate the landscape, offering endless views from massive windows.

With four bedrooms and five baths, the nearly 4,700-square-foot home embraces an open layout with beautiful millwork, soaring ceilings, and glass doors.

But it’s truly the landscape vistas that take the prize here.

With updates to the tune of $1 million, the home now includes a recording studio, a bonus room with a movie screen and projector, and a home gym.

The primary bedroom is a cocoon unto itself, with two balconies that offer competing views, an enormous walk-in closet, and a “cuddle couch.” The accompanying bath is just as amazing, thanks to the infinity-edge soaking tub.

Tunstall, a Grammy winner, got an early start to her musical career when she asked for a piano at the age of 4.

Tunstall’s work has been included on several movie soundtracks, including the song “Suddenly I See” for the 2006 hit film “The Devil Wears Prada.” In addition to writing music and songs for movie soundtracks, the 47-year-old has released seven albums.
